Returns Policy and Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

It is normal that when you order jewelry online, some pieces may not fit as you had hoped. Perhaps some do not have the color or size you expected, or perhaps they simply do not suit or flatter you. Sometimes, very rarely, due to transportation or an undetected defect, they may arrive with a flaw. Since these are common events in online commerce, our return procedure is extremely simple, fast, and convenient for you.

How does it work?

2. Or complete the return form.

What happens next?
You decide whether:

1. You want to exchange the product for another one (the same, a more expensive one – and you pay the difference, or a cheaper one – and we refund you the difference)
2. You want a refund. For this, we will need your bank account details. You are directly responsible for the accuracy of the bank account you provide for the refund payment. Please be very careful when filling in the bank account details where we will make the refund. We are not liable in any way if you provide us with an incorrect/erroneous bank account.

What follows?
We will send a courier to pick up the product or products you are returning, so you don’t have to waste time calling the courier. A colleague will contact you to agree on the day when you can send the package. We will pay the transportation costs, so you don't have to pay anything to the courier.

In case:

1. You opted for a product exchange/modification: it will be returned to you within 1-2 days after we receive the return or when you agree with us, depending on your schedule. We will pay for the transportation again.
2. You opted for a refund to your account: once we receive your return, we will make the payment within a maximum of 48 hours, and you will have the money in your account within the next few business days, depending on your bank. As soon as we make the payment, you will receive proof of payment so that you can track your bank account.

The customer cannot claim any damages – moral or material – beyond the amounts paid for the order.
In case of repeated returns (from the same customer), we reserve the right to refuse further future orders.

Legal Provisions:
According to OUG 34/2014 regarding consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, only by paying the postal return fees, within 14 working days from receiving the product, without penalties and without citing any reason.

If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase according to the clause above, they must return the product exactly in the condition it was delivered, i.e., in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered, and in perfect working condition. If these conditions are not met, the Buyer has no right to request a refund. The return of the product will be made to the seller's office at the Buyer's exclusive expense. The refund will not be made before receiving the product and the seller's confirmation that it is in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered, and in perfect working condition.
