How to Buy

You can purchase products from our store online or via email.

Online order
The product you wish to order can be found either by using the menu at the top of the page containing the product categories, the left-hand menu with all categories and subcategories, or by using the search bar. Once you click the "Add to Cart" button, the product will automatically be transferred to your shopping cart.

After adding all the products you wish to order to the cart, the purchase process continues by clicking the button and proceeding to the checkout page. On the checkout page, you will need to fill in the following:

Order details: Full name, Complete address (State, City, Street, Number, Building, Staircase, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
Payment method: Choose how you will pay for the order (CASH upon delivery or by CARD).

With the username and password entered, you can log in to view your order history, the status of your current orders, modify/delete your profile, or place future orders without re-entering your contact details.

Order via email
You can send your order via email to contact@kaskadda.com. To process your order, we need the following information:

Shipping details: Full name, Complete address (State, City, Street, Number, Building, Staircase, Floor, Apartment, Country, etc.).
Specify the desired products: Product name, Product code, or product link.

There is no minimum order value.
