Returns Policy and Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

Return Instructions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear and in their original packaging.
• Products must be returned along with any gifts received as part of the order.
• Returns are not accepted for customized products or those that do not meet the return conditions.

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

2️⃣ Once completed, we will send the request to the courier for parcel pickup. Please have your package ready for collection.
3️⃣ Once we receive the returned products, we will process a refund to your bank account within 24-48 hours after receiving the package. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank.

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the bank account details provided in the return form. Kaskadda assumes no responsibility if an incorrect account is provided. It is crucial to enter the bank account details correctly and carefully to avoid potential errors or delays in processing the refund.

Legal Right of Withdrawal, Order Cancellation and Product Returns

In accordance with the applicable legislation, you have the right to exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason.

The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before the products have been dispatched. In this case, your order will be cancelled and any amounts paid will be refunded in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

The right of withdrawal may also be exercised by sending any unequivocal statement by email to the store's contact email address. Where the withdrawal from the contract involves returning the products, it is necessary to complete the Right of Withdrawal Form (Product Returns) below so that you can provide all the information required to process the return and refund, including your bank account details for reimbursement, where applicable.

If the products have already been dispatched or delivered, they must be returned in accordance with the return procedure described above.
