1) Do KASKADDA® jewelry pieces contain only natural pearls?
Yes. All our creations are made exclusively with natural cultured pearls.
We never use imitations – glass pearls, plastic pearls, Sea Shell pearls, or similar substitutes. We select only pearls carefully cultivated in oysters or mussels, so that each piece of jewelry preserves the authenticity and noble beauty of nature.
2) What is the difference between a natural pearl and a cultured pearl?
Their beauty is formed through the same natural process: nacre is deposited layer by layer around a nucleus, gradually forming the pearl. The difference is that on pearl farms this nucleus is carefully introduced by specialists to initiate the process. The result remains a genuine pearl with the same characteristics as those formed spontaneously in the ocean.
3) Why do pearl jewelry prices vary?
• Pearl quality – criteria such as luster, shape, surface uniformity, and color intensity are decisive. A smaller pearl with exceptional luster and near-perfect roundness can be more valuable than a larger pearl of modest quality.
• Size – large pearls are rarer and, when combined with high quality, can reach very high prices. However, size alone does not determine value: quality remains the key factor.
• Origin – Japanese Akoya pearls, Tahitian pearls, or South Sea pearls are considered collectible and have significantly higher prices than freshwater pearls.

4) Are KASKADDA® jewelry pieces certified?
Yes. Each piece of jewelry is accompanied by a certificate of warranty and authenticity confirming that the pearls are natural cultured pearls and specifying the type of setting (14K gold or 925 silver).

We will send a courier to collect the parcel, and the return shipping cost is covered by us. Everything is designed to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible for you.

According to European consumer protection regulations, refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days after the returned product is received.
At KASKADDA®, customer care goes even further: in most cases, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after we receive the parcel. You will receive proof of the transfer by email, and the amount will appear in your account within 1–2 business days, depending on your bank.
7) Can you adjust or modify a product?
Yes. In certain situations we can make adjustments or modifications to jewelry pieces after evaluating the specific request. These adjustments may include resizing the jewelry or adapting certain design elements depending on the model, structure, and available stock.
The possibility of modification and the exact conditions are determined on a case-by-case basis after evaluating each request.
8) How much do modifications cost?
Most adjustments are free of charge. However, additional costs may apply depending on the requested modifications:
• if additional pearls or semi-precious stones need to be added
• if the setting or clasp must be replaced
• or if the modification requires more extensive craftsmanship
In all cases you will be informed in advance, and the modification will only be carried out after your explicit approval of the final cost.
9) How can I send the jewelry as a gift directly to the recipient?
Upon request, we can send the jewelry directly to your loved one in elegant gift packaging and, if you wish, include a personalized message from you.
10) What happens if the necklace or bracelet size does not fit?
There is no need to worry — in most cases we can adjust the size by adding or removing pearls. Depending on the modification, the adjustment may be free of charge or may involve an additional cost.
11) How should pearl jewelry be cared for?
