About Edison pearls:

• Edison pearls are a giant species of freshwater pearls, but with exotic features, colors, and quality similar to saltwater pearls (Akoya, Tahitian, or South Sea);
• If an Akoya pearl is created in approximately 2-3 years, a Tahitian pearl in about 3 years, and a South Sea pearl in around 4 years, an Edison pearl takes 3-5 years to form;
• Only one Edison pearl is cultivated in each shell, so it can grow as large as possible. They are characterized by exceptional luster and can have very strong colors ranging from white to pink, gold, metallic, plum, and purple;
• Their size varies, but they can reach up to 16 mm in diameter (very rarely), and their surface is similar to that of Tahitian or South Sea pearls;
