Notification of the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing within a maximum of 24 hours from the moment the incident becomes known

Notification of the persons whose data were collected, explanation of the situation and specific recommendations for maintaining account security (changing passwords, etc.)

Evaluation of potential consequences and development of specific measures

Strengthening security measures where necessary.

Product Safety Warnings

The products offered on the website comply with EU legislation regarding product safety, but users are required to follow the recommendations for use in order to prevent possible incidents.
By purchasing the products, consumers confirm that they have been informed about the following:

• Remove the jewelry before intense physical activities, sleep or bathing.

• Do not wear jewelry while practicing contact sports.

• Do not use the jewelry for purposes other than decorative ones.

• Jewelry is delicate and should not be subjected to excessive mechanical forces, shocks or pressure, as these may cause cracks, deformation or other damage. Handle carefully in order to maintain the integrity of the product.

• Avoid excessive bending or stretching of bracelets or necklaces, which may cause the string or mounting to break.

• Jewelry with elastic or stretch closures must be handled carefully in order to prevent loss of elasticity.

• If the jewelry shows signs of damage (e.g. loose stones or stretched string), stop using it and consult a specialist for repair.

• This product is not intended for children under 14 years old. It contains small parts that may present a risk of swallowing, puncture or scratching.

• Due to the small and sharp components used in this jewelry (such as pins, mountings or decorative elements), there is a risk of accidental puncture or scratching. Handle the product carefully, especially near children or sensitive areas of the skin.

• This product contains small elements that may present a choking hazard for children or pets.

• Do not leave jewelry unattended near small children. Small components may detach and be swallowed.

• Warning: Contains small parts that may be dangerous if swallowed.

• Avoid applying perfume or other cosmetic products directly on jewelry. These products should be applied at least 10–15 minutes before wearing pearls or semi-precious stones.

• Avoid contact with perfumes, creams or other substances that may damage pearls or metal.

• Do not clean pearls or semi-precious stones with detergents or other solutions. Wiping with a soft clean cloth is sufficient.

• This product may be affected by corrosive agents, including salt or cleaning products.

• Do not wear jewelry during cleaning activities. Cleaning products may damage the finish.

• In order to extend the life of the product, store jewelry in soft pouches or lined boxes.

• Do not store jewelry in environments with high humidity (e.g. bathrooms or unventilated rooms), as this may accelerate oxidation.

• Avoid storing the product directly on metal surfaces, which may cause chemical reactions with the metals in the jewelry.

• Do not store jewelry with pearls or semi-precious stones together with other jewelry, as they may be scratched.

• Keep pearls and semi-precious stones away from hard or abrasive materials that could scratch their surface.

• Prolonged exposure to sunlight or high temperatures may affect the color or integrity of the materials.

• Jewelry with pearls and semi-precious stones should not be stored near strong heat sources such as radiators, stoves, hair dryers or exposed directly to sunlight for long periods of time. High temperatures may damage the structure of pearls and may cause cracks or discoloration in semi-precious stones.

• Jewelry with pearls and semi-precious stones must be kept away from open flames or other fire sources. Direct exposure to fire may irreversibly damage delicate materials such as pearls or may cause melting of metal components.

• Jewelry is intended for decorative use. Excessive handling or intense daily exposure may shorten its lifespan.

• To reduce wear, rotate the jewelry you wear. Use alternatives for daily use. This product is designed primarily for occasional use. Daily use may reduce the product’s lifespan.

• The finish of the product may fade over time, especially in areas that frequently come into contact with the skin or clothing.

• All pearls used are cultured pearls.

• Jewelry with natural pearls or semi-precious stones may present variations in color or size due to the organic nature of the material.

• In case of allergic reactions or skin irritation, stop using the product immediately.

• Handle with care to prevent transfer of substances that may cause allergies or unwanted reactions.
