NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SEMI-PRECIOUS STONES AND PRODUCT PRESENTATION

This section forms an integral part of the product description and provides information about the natural characteristics of semi-precious stones, their dimensions and the manner in which the product is presented.

1. Natural Characteristics of Semi-Precious Stones

The shape, colour distribution, transparency, inclusions and other natural characteristics may differ from those of the specimen shown in the product photographs, without this, in itself, indicating the presence of a defect.

Natural characteristics and reasonable differences between stones form part of the individual character of the material and are assessed in relation to its nature and overall properties.

Depending on the type of stone, natural differences may exist in hardness, porosity, transparency, structure, colour and sensitivity to external factors.

Such characteristics are inherent in the natural character of semi-precious stones and do not, in themselves, constitute manufacturing defects or a lack of conformity, provided that the product meets the stated stone type, characteristics and other essential specifications under which it was marketed.

2. Photographs, Colours, Apparent Dimensions, Design and Settings

Photographs, videos and other visual materials published on the Website illustrate the product model and its overall appearance.

Due to the natural characteristics of semi-precious stones, the actual item supplied may exhibit natural differences from the photographed specimen in terms of colour, shade, shape, size, transparency, colour intensity, texture, inclusions, colour zoning, veining and surface characteristics.

Photographing and filming semi-precious stones and the metal surfaces of jewellery settings is particularly sensitive to lighting conditions, colour temperature and the direction of light, camera angles, reflections, exposure, white balance, camera characteristics and the technical processing of images. The length of the product is as specified in its description, subject to a natural and manufacturing tolerance of approximately ±5%, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Regardless of the natural characteristics described in this section, if the Consumer does not like the product, finds it unsuitable, considers that it does not meet their preferences or wishes to return it for any other reason, they may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, without having to provide any justification for their decision.

For products eligible for withdrawal, returns are free of charge, subject to the applicable returns policy.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised in accordance with the conditions and exceptions established by law. Products made or personalised according to the Consumer's specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in the circumstances provided for under applicable legislation.
